Return Period
You can return unused products according to the following conditions within 7 days from the date you received the product. Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition and unused, and the original packaging must be available and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.

- Cosmetics: These cannot be replaced or returned if the packaging is opened according to local laws and regulations.
- Electrical appliances: If they are opened without the presence of the manufacturer's technician, they cannot be replaced or returned unless there is evidence of maintenance defect by the manufacturer through the warranty report within 15 days only.
- Household tools: They may be returned or replaced after opening them, provided that their packaging is undamaged and provided they have not been used.
- Products that are packaged with the factory packaging and are damaged by removing the packaging cannot be returned unless there is evidence of the product's damage.
- There may be other products that cannot be returned (ask the seller during the purchasing process).
Return Process
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team and provide us with your order information. The support team will provide you with the necessary guidance to successfully complete the return process.
- The return is free of charge in case of product defects or damages only or in the case of inspection shipments not opened.
- The customer has the right not to receive the product and not bear the shipping costs if the shipment is opened and the order does not match the specifications (with the presence of the shipping representative).
- In the case of opening the shipment and accepting it, the customer bears the shipping costs if the company agrees to replace or return the product for the reasons mentioned above (after the departure of the shipping representative).
- In the case of a return, due to an issue or a specific reason related to the product, the product is retrieved from the customer and inspected. Then, an exchange or a refund is processed after examination and confirmation of the reason for the request.
Shipping Costs for Replacement or Return
1. Make sure to deal with the replacement without including shipping costs if the product has a manufacturing defect or does not meet the specifications.
2. The customer will bear the shipping costs if the company agrees to return or refund for reasons other than those mentioned above.
